.::. Artist's Statement .::.

Throughout my career as an undergraduate I have created a style of drawing through experimentation and repetition. This specific style of drawing development has a direct influence on the work I’ve created. All life is a process of experiences. A culmination of the direct and indirect ideas and thoughts of the human mind as it interacts with the environment shown to it.

Using organic abstract forms to represent the concept of evolution and its relativity to the life process, the growth and decay of these organic forms imitate the life cycles, separations, connections, and the idea of delicate balance. The contrast of using black ink against the white background also symbolizes this balance.
