- Interactive Online design/art critique room
- This feature would basically post student's works-in-progress and would open the floor to anyone to give a constructive critique and suggestions. We would highlight a section on the sidebar so that students who would like to critique would have an easier time navigating it. One way for this feature to be successful, would have people sign up for it and then send out an email saying the date/time when the work would be posted so that everyone gets a fair critique.
- Enhancing Community Outreach
- This feature already exists but needs to be beefed up! This would feature more on the non-profit and pro-bono work we do in some of our classes. If you are interested in what exactly pro-bono work is, visit the AIGA's new project Design for Good.
- Freshman/Sophomore Spotlight
- Although we love our seniors, we thought it would be cool to feature something about freshman/sophomores entering in our program. It's always fun to see how your work grows/morphs as you go through your schooling. This feature probably won't be launched until next semester but it's a great idea!
- Clubs section
- This one is pretty simple; there will be a link that visitors to the site can click on to access information about clubs/organizations we have within our department. We have some information posted under our Social Media link if you are interested at this time.
- Email list
- Simply put, visitors can enter in their emails and get updated via weekly e-blasts that let them know what's going on around the site. (This is meant more for visitors who don't use apps such as blog-readers or BlogLovin' that still want to know what's being updated.)
Again, thanks to everyone who responded and we hope to implement these changes by the Spring 2012 semester. If you have any other suggestions, questions, comments, concerns, rants, or raves please email us here.

I'm very excited for the new additions, especially featuring freshman and sophomore students.
